why support is not answering on emails?

Hello


Today i sent 4rd email in 1 month asking about download mod and design? Why you are not answering me?

prolly overloaded with custom work & hence not replying

they are buzzy fixing stuff or making other stuff
they will reply if realy needed

but probaly you can find the info you need back in the forum , so they are not that happy to give you a reply

if you want to be sure to get a reply , jsut post it here in the forum and probaly they will email you with your answer

or other users can help you

I have to agree... If you haven't received an answer is because of any of these following reasons:

1. You Should Search the forum for an answer.
2. Researching Your Problem.
3. You didn't provide enough detail.
4. Support was not able to understand your email/problem.
5. The solution to your problem is in the documentation provided in the package.
6. Your Email did not arrive in to their mailbox.
