Good afternoon.
We changed the file server and the IP site. Therefore, it is not possible to download with your smartphone on our website. Error: "Wrong IP". In what may be a problem.

most of smart phone are using shared IP address so if you want to use for smartphone download you better consider to change Allow download from ALL IP address.
