This release is pretty good. Contain many fixes and improvements as usual.
Major changes are:
* Multilanguage localization
* Anti-dupes method
* Better nested folders
* Full UTF-8 support
* Users Storage space limit
* Hard bandwidth limit per X days
* AlertPay / 2Checkout payments support
