500 Internal Server Error

#1 Postby tz4bu » Jul 21, 2013 5:42 am

When I try to access install.cgi I receive 500 Internal Server Error.
All permissions are setted up correctly.
What I did wrong?

something is wrong, try reupload all files and set appropriate permissions for all then try again

I bet you forgot set permisions for XFileConfig and/or XFSConfig. ;)

Actually I setted up all the permissions. I found them on an forum because on Instructions doesn't say anything about that.
Also I contacted hostwinds staff and I asked them to install all requirements for XFS.
I can't understand why is not working.

Check web server error log for detailed error description.
