If you prefer not to use the GUI tool below, you can also install the Clam AntiVirus by typing in yum install clamd in a Terminal window.

for anyone who need help installing it and have WHM

this is easier way

To install ClamAV, simply log into WHM, go to the cPanel section and click "Manage Plugins." Check the box next to "clamavconnector" and click save at the bottom of the page. This will install ClamAV.
