XFileSharing Pro - Error: No File

I lose everything from my server because the disk was damage.

I have only backup from the database... with the url, id, everything

i try to upload the file with exact file_real in the uploads folders but when i just download the file say NO FILE

i have to upload to another folders too? in which folders?
