I got them too
They send me 30 emails for 7 files from which 3 where false notices (this means war.doc is not a movie damnit)
They're sending stuff automated because they keep sending the false notices again even though i mailed them back numerous times. I Put them on ignore for now :/

DTecNet is a copyright agent working on behalf of Viacom, Fox, Adobe, Columbia Pictures, Summit Entertainment, NBC etc.

90% of all DMCA notices come from them for my site. They don't reply to emails and one time sent me 90 emails regarding one file that was a false positive.

I can assure you they're legit and you must follow their take down notices IF they're correct. I find about 5% of their notices are incorrect but they'll continue to bug you which you can legally ignore.

They work closely with the MPAA and RIAA.

Their automated system is not very welcoming though.

Yeah, it is quite annoying.

I've got the same problem. I first deleted the files they mentioned, but now (months later) they still email me with the same file(s) I've already deleted.

Just delete any new files and ignore the others.

Hello guys , just 1 thing
For Dtecnet (which is owned by MarkMonitor now) you must remove their dmca notices , especially since they will be the ones monitoring US internet in the near future (torrents and such).

However since Dtecnet does not respond on [email protected] ( i`m sure that's the e-mail you got as dmca complain) , feel free to e-mail them at [email protected] and share your thoughts about each link in separate e-mail :)
Then you probably will make them notice you if you send them 100 e-mails about invalid dmca notices.

Enjoy
