getting temp dir eorro whilte uploading

Hi Guys im getting this error when any one is going to upload a file to the site

Fatal Error: Can't copy file from temp dir

so please let me know how to fix this issue ?

Cant see error:
"403 - Forbidden"

i have uploaded the image again to another image host so kindly check it now and let me know thanks

Check FileServers CHMOD settings.
