XFileSharing Pro - how add a skin to jwplayer?

would appreciate any help about adding a skin to the jwplayer
this skin for example:

should i add the skin code to \htdocs\player\jwplayer.js ?

Upload the zip or swf to your server (same folder as jwplayer is located)
Then follow instructions from Longtail's website.
It shouldn't be too difficult.
