XFileSharing Pro - How does Amazon S3 work as Fileserver?

I contacted support, he told me that if i used Amazon S3 as Fileserver by CDN Mod, when a user download, he will have a direct link from Amazon S3. So there are some questions and big issues about this...

1. What if it is FREE User and xfilesharing pro gives out the direct link so how can we limit the download speed?

2. If the direct link is NORMAL link from Amazon S3 without MASKING and TIME LIMIT, so firstly we have to change the bucket as PUBLIC permission and the direct link shall remain alive forever... That will be huge vulnerable.

The question is why we cant hide the download link from S3. How about limiting speed and time expiry...?

If someone used the CDN MOD, please clear this for me.
