I wanted to know if we could add our own template into the script.
and how to insert the template into the script ?

that's not a template, that's 2 bars made with photoshop, lol...

anyways
you need to edit the template files, or get someone with html knowledge to code it
you need to edit
cgi-bin/templates/main.html for the main layout and other files in there for detail layouts
