How to install additional file servers on XFileSharing Pro

#1 Postby share89 » Jan 30, 2015 5:03 pm

Hi all,
I have a few problems in the training.
1. Navigate to your client's area and obtain an XFileSharingPro package
2. Upload all files from fs-dist/cgi-bin/ and fs-dist/htdocs/ to your new server's public_html/cgi-bin/ and public_html/ correspondingly
3. Chmod install_fs.cgi to 755 and open it in your web browser
4. Navigate to http://<your_domain>/?op=admin_servers and add it by using the following settings:
CGI url: http://<your_new_file_server>/cgi-bin
files url: http://<your_new_file_server>/files
I've installed the DirectAdmin on the additional file server.
Now i can not find Public_html folder in file manager till i transfer the folders inside it.
Help me out.

Thanks.

I made a new package and user in direct admin panel.
I have problems in this sector:
Upload all files from fs-dist/cgi-bin/ and fs-dist/htdocs/ to your new server's public_html/cgi-bin/ and public_html/ correspondingly
1- "correspondingly" folder not available in the Public_html in additional file server.
Should I build it myself?

2- Should the total contents of "cgi-bin folder" and "htdocs folder" be copied to both "cgi-bin" and "correspondingly" folders of download server?

or not, seprately, cgi-bin content must be copied into cgi-bin folder and htdocs content into "correspondingly" folder?

Thanks.

If you check the main page Support are willing to set up a new file server for you. I am unsure if it costs extra or not.
