how to install "LWP::Protocol::https"

i read in install.txt for install perl module but don't have LWP::Protocol::https
today i try add new server and have error:
File Server tests:
api.cgi: ERROR (
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at *.*.*.78 Port 80

upload.cgi: ERROR (problems with link)

using Cpan

install LWP::Protocol::https or install Bundle::LWP

Try uninstalling it and re installing it.
