How to make Your XFS more secure

I remember reading a thread that I can't find anymore..about changing CHMOD to 444 for config files (dont remember which ones) so that if someone hacks admin account they can't change any settings.

Also is there a way to prevent members, including admin from deleting files?

Also it could be usefull to rename cron.pl to something not that obvious like cron936.pl
