How to set a maximum size for images.

#1 Postby ruben » Dec 24, 2010 1:31 pm

Hi,

How to set a maximum resolution for images ? so all images will be scaled if it's over the maximum Because images with a large resolution goes over the template of my site. My template has a width of 1200.

Thanks ;)

If it's over the limit, it will not allow the upload.

Settings --> User Limits

I would go for resizing the images with javascript instead of compressing them on the server; for example: http://atomgiant.com/2006/05/30/resize- ... avascript/
