fdcservers is a unmanaged server provider , you should hire a system administrator

i already replied to you, hire a system administrator if you want to fix apache

sibsoft doesnt go around fixing server issues, unless its a issue related to the script; which this isnt

Think you need to open a support ticket:-

i can not denie that they do this and it is sibsoft there right to do that

what has apache to do with there script ??
the script is cgi and need apache/nginx to work

if you mess up your instalation of apache .. .thats not a script mistake
if your host is to lazy to help you .. then its up to you to fix it

a host that offers unmanaged = the goodwill of the host to solve it

let me say the solution to your problem

change httpd.conf and put other value's in it so apache can stay alive and disable keep alive and decrease the timeout so the server does not get overloaded because of mass connections or it is time to put a firewall on it
look a bit around this forum , there are serveral posts that contains a good httpd.conf settings , use them and your problem should be fixed for 95%

anyway , how to do it ?? thats up to you , i can only say what you could do

if you want me to do it for you ? then there are 2 options

1) you can be a client of me and i am happy to solve those problems (exept if you keep creating them because you keep changing stuff with to less knowlede)

2) i can agree a certain price to fix the problems you have with certain rules that we need to agree on before we make this deal
only 1 rule is for every one , if i fail to fix you get it full refunded , other rules are betwean me and the client

Greetings From PowerChaos
