hire a system administrator or a get a managed server, if its a mission critical application

i don't buy their product to hire someone else to support and troubleshoot their product, either provide us with a good support or REFUND , fair & square

the error your getting is a installation issue , ask for a installation service or pay up for the support

Hello,

instead of screaming on forum, send email to [email protected] with ftp connection info - we will take a look what's the problem.

If you want us to install it for you, send mysql connection info as well (mysql hostname, database name, login and password).

Thanks

Hi ,
I think it's one of my rights to request some help in your product forum am i right?, since the readme text file is very short with no detailed troubleshooting steps.

anyway thanks for your genuine support
