Install problem

#1 Postby Timmy » Feb 10, 2010 8:22 pm

hi friends,

I paid for this script yesterday and today received the download link to install this great script.
But I have one problem... I followed all instructions steps and everything goes fine with the installation.

But in the final I got this message:
http://www.domain.com/login.html

And notice that I dont have the login.html file in my root directory.
Is there any problem with the zipfile? Any files missing? Or I did something wrong?

Also sent an email to [email protected] a few hours ago, and until now, any reply from them :(

Can someone help me please?

it would help if you post a working link

so we can check what it just does or what it just dont do :D

its hard to solve a link problem with out the right link , so we can only guess

here is my guess (probaly right :D)

your files are located in htdocs

get them out of it and place them on the root

then it probaly will work

so you got cgi-bin
and your other files

not cgi-bin
and htdocs

Ohhh sorry!
Here is the correct link: http://www.enigmashare.com

And you're wrong... all files located at htdocs is in public_html :)
I think that is missing files at the zip file.

Take a look at the htdocs folder in zip file, you will see that I dont have any login.html file inside:

you got a forbidden error

meaning that it isnt configured right to allow vieuws

check folder permision that it stands on 755 (public html folder)

and check if the domain got acces to that folder

i cant explain exactly how to do it :S because i dont know a thing of linux (i use cpanel :d , cpanel rules for me ^^)

but if that is fixed then we are 1 step forward to fix this problem

and your right , i dont have login.html eather :S and i cant search for the exact location at this moment because my good windows is trashed at thsi moment :s (where everything is on )

The problem was in .htaccess :)

I going to make a fresh install again, just to make sure that is all working at 100%
