installtion problem

hello,

since 3 hours i am trying to install this script

Copy all files and folders from "cgi-bin" into your cgi-bin folder

Copy all files and folders from "htdocs" into your htdocs

then http://www.48up.net/cgi-bin/install.cgi

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.48up.net Port 80

please help me what is wrong ???

Did you CHMOD install.cgi to 755?

He most probably forgot to add the right permission to install.cgi in the first place.

So if you´re also getting a 403 error, make sure to set permissions of install.cgi to 755. You can find out how to do here. Its pretty easy.

no its not that for my, my install.cgi permisions are already set to 755, but still i cannot install the script.

I have all the correct perl modules, CGI acces, CG, all system requirements on my server.
I already:
Copy all files and folders from "cgi-bin" into your cgi-bin folder

Copy all files and folders from "htdocs" into your htdocs

I just not working.
I sent a email to support so they can try to install the script.
I don`t know what to do next. :(
