XFileSharing Free - Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error

am having problems with the installation:


[Tue Sep 25 20:31:05 2007] [error] [client 24.193.*.*] Premature end of script headers: index.cgi

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/2.0.59 (Unix) Server at www.youputit.com Port 80

I tried uploading in binary mode also use notepad ++, i'm out of ideas

permissions on all .cgi files should be 755

I have index.cgi , upload.cgi , and upload_status.cgi set to 755, am i missing anything?

Probably your cgi files have windows linebreaks. To avoid this, use binary FTP mode when uploading cgi files.

ok have fixed this issue, i uploaded the xfilesharing.zip and used ssh to extract. that seemed to work.

Hello,

I've done everything as described here an din similar posts and now I'm exhausted with fighting with that problem. Still error. cgi files with rights, rights checked against windows mistake, almost everything inside on 777..
I suppose it is some stuppid mistake, but cannot locate it
Please look on it on www.r4pid.com and advice...
