Is there a different method to send the uploaded info back?

#1 Postby qq_bbq » Dec 11, 2009 10:21 am

After uploading if the server is under heavy load, it will get stuck on generating links. The file is uploaded but the file server is not sending the post info back to the main server. It's just stuck on generating links.

Any help?

Try to increase "Timeout" setting in apache config. That should help.

How long do you recommend? A high timeout all can tie up low powered servers..

I'm using 120 seconds, but not sure if this is long enough? What does sib soft recommend?

Strange, but 300 should be the default value. Try to use 600.
