Is this a bug in the script or something else?

Changed paypal currency and price.

Put the old prices in the old premium users plans.

However the recurring premiums members are being charged but not upgraded to premium?

In the old premium users plans

do you have to specify currency??

9.99=30 or if currency changed do you have to put 9.99EUR=30

anyone else had this issue?

It is not clear what to do, all the rebills are failing to upgrade the members because we change currency. Something we are not doing right or some bug?

That's not bug. Script check currency of each payment and if your current currency doesnt match the payment one - then nothing will happen. Otherwise your users will cheat by paying in wrong currency.

Hi thanks for answers,

But i mean the old recurring payments??

the old payments from premium members are coming in a diffrent currency to the currency we are now using.

In the old premium user plans i need to be able to specify that the currency was different.

They can not cheat if we can put the old premium plan was

9.99USD=30

at the moment, we are billing new premiums in EUR

so all old recurring are failing to upgrade to premium status in the script.

Without this feature it is never going to be possible to change currency ?

We have to return to the old currency or else all previous rebilling will fail?

Please let me know as soon as possible since we will need to decide what to do about this.

So if you start with a currency you must always stick with this currency forever?

Is a mod possible to allow old rebills in different currency to work with the script?

Please help because manually changing their status to premium is not easy everyday.

Can a mod be made? a perl programmer could do this, or will this cause issues with the script?

thanks

If you choose to sell euro currency, not dollars:
In case of changing the currency remains all on what it is
I am selling the account monthly amount of 9.95 EUR
Profits will be replaced as dollars and not euros
It would make me choose 13.35$ per 30 days
User profit is calculated in dollars, not euros

Must change the currency in the event that everything is calculated by the new currency
Sales in euros and profit User in dollar
This is a big mistake

thanks for your reply.

However,

How can we change the old premiums prices that are coming in from PP?

PayP are just sending us the old recurring price in the old currency. This is coming to the site, but the script is not recognising this old currency so the premium upgrade is failing.

We dont mind that we will be losing some money by not converting this. We just need the option in the old premiums setting to accept the old currency.

Because if not then it is not possible to ever change your billing currency :(

Or have to update them all manually by searching for failed ones in the IPN
