Re: issue after moving main server
Did you install LWP as the error suggests? I THINK it is:whoops wrote:Hello,

perl -MCPAN -e shell
and then
install LWP
As for download counts maybe you dod not have CRON added to main server - Goto SSH and type:
crontab -l - It should show active crons. If not, maybe it will be in the:
/var/spool/cron/username directory
(I assume you have a dedicated server with cPanel).
Also from your 'Save settings' screenshot it looks as if the save setting 'failed to update server' - Is this a new site? I do not see a separate file server - I highly recommend you have one if you want to do well at this.

OK - Those guys look expensive - I have been using XFS for some time now and have great deals with my host - Are you using multiple servers (HTML and file servers) - Perhaps you would like to get me your contact information and I can help you with better pricing.whoops wrote:i understand that, but actually i didnt fix it myself, i bought a ticket from vasere.com and they fixed it for me.Manders wrote:Perhaps you can post the fix here to help others that may have the same problem (After all, that is the point of a forum right)?
What is your site URL? I can contact you through your form if you like!
vasere.com may be expensive with the server, i am using their dedicated support and its 3 support tickets for 17 dollar. i use 2 server, one main and one file server.Manders wrote:OK - Those guys look expensive - I have been using XFS for some time now and have great deals with my host - Are you using multiple servers (HTML and file servers) - Perhaps you would like to get me your contact information and I can help you with better pricing.whoops wrote:i understand that, but actually i didnt fix it myself, i bought a ticket from vasere.com and they fixed it for me.Manders wrote:Perhaps you can post the fix here to help others that may have the same problem (After all, that is the point of a forum right)?
