issue after moving main server

#1 Postby whoops » Feb 20, 2016 7:01 am

Hello,
i have moved my main server and site loads fine. But i am facing many issues after moving server.

1) https error in mobile, after adding cloudflare its fixed. But why this error came ??

2) Download count not working, its showing 0 downloads, but upload and new register user showing. i have checked whatsmydns and its pointing to cloudflare.

3) And it comes in setting to update cron.job manually and when i click this error comes : http://prntscr.com/a5lc8w and when i try to save in setting, this error comes, but the save option works. : http://prntscr.com/a5lcec

Did you install LWP as the error suggests? I THINK it is:
perl -MCPAN -e shell
and then
install LWP

As for download counts maybe you dod not have CRON added to main server - Goto SSH and type:
crontab -l - It should show active crons. If not, maybe it will be in the:
/var/spool/cron/username directory

(I assume you have a dedicated server with cPanel).

Also from your 'Save settings' screenshot it looks as if the save setting 'failed to update server' - Is this a new site? I do not see a separate file server - I highly recommend you have one if you want to do well at this.

Perhaps you can post the fix here to help others that may have the same problem (After all, that is the point of a forum right)?

OK - Those guys look expensive - I have been using XFS for some time now and have great deals with my host - Are you using multiple servers (HTML and file servers) - Perhaps you would like to get me your contact information and I can help you with better pricing.

What is your site URL? I can contact you through your form if you like!
