i try to add user from admin
the format is
yusuf3:yusuf:111111111111



i got :
Software error:

Can't exec:
Column 'usr_premium_expire' cannot be null at Modules/DataBase.pm line 54.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([email protected]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I have dont this many times with out error

try making the number something like 365

so something like this

yusuf3:yusuf:365



Then go into this user and take the pemium to whenever 10 years further by manually changing the year



See if that works for you
