Found another error:

fs.cgi: ERROR
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /cgi-bin/fs.cgi could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello, I was tried to updated the server but an error was occurred: fs.cgi: ERROR 404 Not Found The server can not find the requested page: domain.com/cgi-bin/fs.cgi (port 80) Please forward this error screen to domain.com's WebMaster. But the fs.cgi is in there, and already chmod 755. Still can't, ...

Or you could used Cloudflare for free. Update your name server after you're moved all of the files into the new name server.

I suggest you better you go with SSD instead using Raid, Once your raid is crash so all of your data inside that can't be rescue.
