Does anyone here still get support from the Sibsoft ticket system? in this week or last week? Are they on vacation or something?

Currently, byteseller charge 36% +$0.90 per transaction it’s ripped off and it way too much. If you know any other merchants service that support file sharing site please share here.

I think the Sibsoft team is on a vacation or something. My ticket over 1 week still no reply. Hope they are back soon.

For the url access error: try to click on XFS link then tell me what error do you see? Do you see XFS or Internal server error?

I think Allow download from: All ip is the only option for it to work.

sibsoft support team help me and it working now. but only support EU Ireland region.

Mod: Anyone here buy mod cdn and make it work? I install everything but file can’t transfer to Amazon S3.
