Checked error logs with level error, warn and notice. Nothing so far.

Have set to 755.
Other cgi files working well.
Installed all modules.
Tried binary and ascii upload

Which possible problems can it have?

I had same problem when nginx mod was disabled. Perhaps its because when they install nginx and 100% complete dl mod, counting works only with those mods

I want to limit parallel downloads with nginx mod.

If only fileserver, just copy all files and edit config files then add server again, but delete also generated fs_key before adding.
