XFileSharing Pro - mp4 mod doesn't works

I have a problem with mp4 mod,
ffmpeg and mplayer is installed, crontab is setting but if I upload avi files my script don't convert files to mp4.

I tried to run enc.pl manually but nothing is convert. Somebody can help me?

You need to see if your _new_ video file id appears in enc.list after upload. Then try to execute enc.pl manually and make sure there's no errors.
