Multiple Users on One Premium Account

#1 Postby beeman1212 » Mar 11, 2012 1:36 pm

Hi everyone, is there any way to prevent this from happening (Multiple Users on One Premium Account) or a function to track users bandwidth usage manually without having to limit it.

Any comments/suggestions is appreciated!

How are you going to track if premium account is being used by different people? Give us good way to do that and we would consider implemnting it.

Add counting for the user, not only IP.
Now - when you change the IP address, has a new limit.

If will be counted per user would be better.

PS.

When will you add my language to the uploader app?
I send files for u.

multiple connections from different IP's
Account logged from multiple IP in 24hrs or so.

Also, if there will be an option to see "Data downloaded by User" will also help a lot.

A list of daily downloaders to see how much each user downloads per day (bandwidth) would be good to track abnormal activity.

Then most asian users will be blocked instantly as they often have IP rotation for every request. That's why they're experiencing "Wrong IP" problems during download.

What about it?

=============================
multiple connections from different IP's, admin should get notification.

Daily notification about "Account logged from multiple IP in 24hrs or so." sounds reasonable.

or user bandwith usage,
if the usage is high usually it indicates that the account is shared.

That's a great idea!
If possible another daily notification for "Amount of Bandwidth usage per day" and an option of how much bandwidth a premium user uses before we get a notification via email. So if we set 100GB per day, and a user reaches that, we will get an email notification.

These two options would help a lot!
