Depositfiles have a method of payment by rbkmoney, and there is Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
This method of payment has not been discussed

http://rbkmoney.com
thanks for the tip hrrweb,
seems an excellent gateway;
I talked to the service online, and they accept filesharing
however has some details;
-------------------------
info: Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK531025063884X
Ð￾ндрей: Hi, Mike, yes, file hosting sites are accepted.
mike: thanks, visa mastercard accepted in all countries? transfer money to prepaid card ?
Ð￾ндрей: Please specify if you would like to accept payments as a private person or as an organization?
mike: private merchant,
Ð￾ндрей: Private persons can not accept payments directly via bank cards. You customers will be able to fill-up their E-wallets via bank card and pay to you via their E-wallets.
mike: so indirectly is possible ?
Ð￾ндрей: Sure, it is. You will be able to withdraw funds to electronic curreincies' exchange websites.
mike: thank you friend,
Ð￾ндрей: You are very most welcome.
---------------------

mike: rbkmoney works only in russia ? specifically to use credit card ?
Ð￾ндрей: The system accepts cards from all over the world, except Canada, USA, Argentina, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Australia, Italy, Brazil, Portugal, Germany and Ireland.

I also just talked with them.
They are ready to work, only need to provide them with necessary documents.

But now the question remains - how to integrate this payment system?

I am from Russia.
from me they need Russian documents.
What about other countries I do not know, but this problem can be solved probably because they work with international cards

After being suspended from PayPal it looks like there are no other legitimate payment processors that can simply process VISA/MasterCard payments without the use of "eWallets" and having the customer go through a bunch of loop holes

I've spent the past 3 days researching

Has anyone tried Payza? I registered my website there and they only say that I need to send them more information about my website, they didn't say that they don't accept file hosts..

I agree, no one should now attempt to use popular sites ;
and on the premium keys ... may be an alternative for a while.
