I found a solution.

All I did was deactivate the PPS plan to new users. Now you will have to seek approval to get Pay per sale activated on my site. If you make your first sale I ask users to provide a copy of their ID document and Proof of address before we make any payouts. And if they do not send the documents we will VOID the transactions and the affiliates wont get paid.

Regards

Tracy

Also, You guys should check if the users are actually using the premium accounts they purchased. I monitor these users and constantly check if they download and upload files and which links they visit.

If a user purchases an account and doesn't visit, report it to posonline so they can reverse the payment and send the information to the local police.

I am really sorry to hear that he is scamming you with such big amount and i am thankful to you for the feedback on them.

I had seen that Admin was warning us about them..i saw their site (totally sucks) and had a gut feeling that they are scamming.

I won't be using them now.

i am not defending posonline, as i dont use them

does your site have PPS ? why do you have $250 subscription ? this would easily attract scammers/carders

if there is a high % of chargebacks, any payment gateway will suspend the account

yes you are right. we have pps

but other sites also have pps and accounts for 200-300$

how the hell shall we know that somebody uses our site to scam us/him

I mean he also blocked other clients here in forum. remember?

He cannot play god only because he is accepting our payments!

180 days waiting? paypal style. "Do not write it in forum"

i can imagine why ;) probably he doesn't want that somebody gets to know his method to keep your money :)

and the worst part was that somebody sent him an email and he made a chargeback.

Whatever i wrote everything in my post.

i wish and hope everybody that is working with him will not have such a bad experience...

who knows. probably somebody tried to close our site with this method but he should help his client not fight against him!

He cannot say we waste his time! he should be happy about every client and talk to him...

we also tried to call him and talk to him but no chance...

very strange that he never answered our phone calls :)

did anybody talk to him on the phone? i don't think so...

The real problem is that most of you dont have slightest idea what porn idustry is all about.
It has always been about fraudsters who simply rip off anyone who they can including surfers/webmasters/affiliates/porn content producers so on.
What you describe with pos is what I have seen over and over again in porn industry in payments field. Its literally a shark tank out there and other than 2/3 established billing processors, rest are all scammers. There are even 2/3 losers who open a new company every 3/4 months and try to sign webmasters in exactly the same way - gather their money and refuse to pay. Eventually webmasters wise up but meanwhile the losers have moeny to buy food for next couple of months and a new domain name.
Welcome to the party.

after that it all started to become very very strange with him as I wrote in my thread
