XFileSharing Pro - New File Server installation: Internal Server Error

When i try https://mysite.com/cgi-bin/install_fs.cgi url it gives "internal server error"

When i try to add file server on sibsoft server panel it shows 500 internal server error



CHMOD is already 755 for install_fs.cgi and folder

Here is apache log:
