software error

Users can access my site but some users when trying to download get.

Software error:

Can't exec:
Column 'ip' cannot be null at /var/www/cgi-bin/index.cgi line 2630

For help, please send mail to the webmaster , giving this error message and the time and date of the error. \


How can I resolve this?

Probably your apache is behind nginx or some other reverse proxy so script can't figure out user IP.

Contact [email protected] with FTP or SSH details, will try to fix this.

Yes this is true.We are using nginx .I am part of a platinum support, and we manage/monitor a clients server that utilizes your wonderful script, but we have minor issue that I am seeking assistance to resolve.It would be easier to help here because we would have to get permission from the client and you sign a NDA.So please if any assistance can be give , please help.
