After doing some more research, I isolated more of the issue.

The issue is with uploading files over 100K in firefox, standard upload mode. IE works fine. Remote upload works fine

nginx can solve this ?

Or i just have to increase servers ?

also one 1GBPS 24 gb ram will be fine or 2, 3 100 MBps 24 GB will be good..

for speed i will choose 1 GBps but as upload stuck time by time i want to know this is problem of server ? like hdd speed etc. ?

I tried another site http://www.galaxy-file.com/ which is also running the script and it seems to have the same issue. I'm running Firefox 12.0. Looks like there is an issue with Firefox and this script.
