XFileSharing Pro - After Pay, nothing serial, nothing script. Maybe an error?

I have buy XfileSharing the 28-12-2009

The PayPal translation is 65V39523AR251444J, i have pay by 2Checkout.com gateway.

After pay i have recive the email:

But i don't recive any Serial and any file to download..

I have write on the support email of sibsoft 2 time but no people have reply me.

We do not see any order with email [email protected].
Please email your 2checkout order id (you should have receipt from 2co after payment is made) or at least email address you used on purchase.
