"File for preset 'normal' not found"

check your ffmpeg install, normal preset should be there

The problem is with support from Sibsoft, this support is very bad (reluctance on their part)

Now I would probably use a different script, but unfortunately I already xfilesharingpro was a lot of money

Sorry for my bad english

sibsoft doesnt help with nginx install, unless you have got it installed from them

support is currently under heavy load and hence there are delays in getting things done

if you are in a hurry, hire a perl developer and also a system administrator

By default, Xfilesharing require apache. However, we provide our nginx mod solution. If you're trying to run it under nginx by yourself - you're doing that on your own risk and you will not get SibSoft support here.

200299, we replied on all of your emails (including problem with "normal" preset not found). Not sure what is your problem with support.

The problem is that when you pay for something, it should work. If you pay 80USD for MP4 mode, I expect that I will install and operate.
And not that I would look for people I have it put into operation. And again I have to pay them. I think that in Sibsoft I paid enough money for everything and that aid should work differently. I paid for something and that something should work.

I can not install nginx - I have just installed the mod MP4

Unfortunately, I did not get any man who knows the script and helped me with installing mods pseudostreaming etc. ... If you know of someone please let me know

you did mention nginx , you paid for mp4 encoding & not pseudostreaming or nginx

if you are on apache, google for pseudostreaming apache; there are enough guides

there are plenty of companies who can do it , http://www.webhostingtalk.com/wiki/Comp ... management
