Smart Points mod 0.001 set per download why do not work?

I have set 0.001 point per file, why it's do not calculate in downloads?

Work good with 0.01 but don't 0.001

Can fix this or it's work but I don't see in downloads files?

Need wait till 10 downloads after see 0.01 ?

current script only can do till 2 decimal points ; you will need to email support to customize ur script
