Is it possible to limit port speed for free users & premiums?

And is it possible to put limit on download speed by countries?

only if we buy nginx and cgi mods

Take a look at bandwidth management via tc and iptables, it allows you to for example limit port 81 to 50 mbit and give port 80 always priority. you can do a lot with it but it's not that easy to configure.

I was asking this if admins can create mod integrated with GEOIP, where we can put speed limits for some countries. It might be a great idea for the next version.
