System can be track Refund from IPN?

Hi,
I have lot of refund in a week and i want to know, this system can track refund and reduce from Affiliate members money automaticly?

I can see refunds in IPN log but i must reduce money manualy from affiliate.

afaik, it doesnt track refunds
