MP4 ffmpeg video encoding

why i cant see it work?
i bought , put the setting and nothing ...

MP4 encoding mod checkedEnabled [?]
FLV video format uncheked Enabled
Video width 360 pixels
Video quality 23.98
Audio bitrate 96 kbps

make sure you have ffmpeg and mp4box installed on your fileserver

Read the readme file that comes with this mod. It has everything you need to setup including the cron setup.
