XFileSharing Pro - With dl.cgi, is it possible to track how much downloaded

Is it possible to track how much of the file is downloaded instead of how much downloaded just by generating the link? it would be fair for the users who generate a link and dont download the whole file and for the users who have problems generating links and use up all there daily bandwidth.
