Im not sure our script is functioning well at all.

I have asked sibsoft to take a look but they are away now.

All i know is that the moment we change that line as in the guide the cpu goes to 100%. If we put the line back as it was before then the cpu goes down.

The linux admin and the perl programmer we hired was looking at the reason for cpu overload. It was a query ran from fs.cgi causing it.

There was a bug in our script as i put on another thread that caused the BW to sky rocket on the stats and cause many users to get BW exceeded messages even though they did not download much.

This could have perhaps caused even larger issues somewhere

Without access to hire support for xfs anywhere then there is no fixing coming anytime soon.

We have no idea why so Many people are getting wrong ip errors,

fs.cgi is on web server & not on fileserver where this change was to be done

so that change has no effect on fs.cgi , which might be causing load when you run update server stats

Wrong IP error will ONLY come if, your ip changes after you have generated the link

hi,

All i can tell you is if we adapt that line of code the cpu goes to 100%. I have no idea why. If we put it back as before it goes down to 8%

Wrong ip, i get this error myself - i have a static ip and it never changes :(
