Go to your site's Admin Settings and make sure "Contact E-Mail" contains your real email address. Now follow the second step below.

The 2nd step is to login to your server and look for the "xconfig.pm" file and look for this line email_from => '', and change this to email_from => '[email protected]',

After that your users should now see the real contact email in their inboxes, when registering.
