The video playback is entirely controlled by the end-user's operating system. Thus, a success to play the specific video may vary accross the used codecs and operating system.
The way to avoid problem is to ensure that all ofr your videos are packed in MP4 and (even the .mp4 ones!) encoded in H264 / AAC. And we're providing the so-called 'MP4 Encoding mod' that applies these requirements for all newly uploaded video files.
