Error: 'Wrong IP' on when user tries to download files

Question

When a user tries to download a file on the website, the script returns the following:

- White page on the browser...
- Error message on the TOP-LEFT saying : 'Wrong IP'

Answer

1. Go in admin settings -> Files
2. Change 'Allow download from' to 'All IPs'.
