To block Website content thieves, Proxy services & Exploited servers, we will use some htaccess rules to block a huge number of IP Addresses and CIDR ranges.

Copy/Paste all htaccess rules from this URL to your main server htaccess : http://pastebin.com/A1jU3kdM

This blacklist will block :

• SoftLayer's Proxy servers list.

• LiquidWeb Exploited servers.

• Interbusiness.it and Telecom Italia Net. Content Scrapers and scammers.

• ThePlanet.com. home of many spammers, hackers and trojan horses.

• Rackspace - Hackers, spammers, scammers and phishers.

If you have are using a Firewall, you can block all IP's in the blacklist by adding the CIDR to the deny list of your Firewall program.
