Answer
1. Place an 'Under Construction' message on your old server to prevent the newer files / user registrations from being lost
2. Move the files & MySQL database to your new server
3. Modify XFileConfig.pm and XFSConfig.pm accordingly (if the paths or MySQL data changed)
4. Switch the DNS zone to your new server.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for DNS zone to be populated.
