XFileSharing: Server GeoIP mod

Now you can specify which file servers will be used for uploads from the specific countries.



For example, you can specify that all files from the US will go to the specific file server(s) only. Traffic from other countries will be spereaded over the servers like before, but files uploaded from US will be hosted on specific servers only.
