GUI Design / Interface (plus few others)- needs improvements

Hi,

I'm wondering if you can improve the GUI interface to make it more good looking and easier to use, similar to newsletter.pro.

Also, I would like to know if it is possible to fine-grain control the bounces features similar to this one:

With bounced email addresses stored in bounced.txt file, would it be possible to improve that feature by using web-based bounces list - by reviewing the bounced email addresses with bounce codes and then determine that it's dead or invalid email addresses and then purge them using the web based tools instead of "3" bounces mystery service.
